You wanted to change spark plugs and a sensor for "about $3200-3300 dollars". No thanks. I wanted a certified mechanic but got a clueless parts changer. I ended up getting an oil change, tire rotation, and excuses for ONLY $274.77. Never again. the attitude of your people in the Service department is that of, "Oh well. That's just the way it is".
