Overall everyone was very helpful and professional from the Service Department. Laura Velasquez, my service lead has worked on my vehicles for just about 5 years I believe ... I started by making my appointment online which was incredibly easy, My Grand Cherokee needed a software update, an oil change w/tire rotation. Laura had me in and out of the dealership in minutes with a loaner vehicle. She took great care of everything. I was impressed as I received the walk around text with the video later that morning which surprised me as it was so quick. Laura called later and let me know my Jeep was ready and asked if I wanted it washed. As I said previously, I received great service and communication throughout the repair and I will definitely be returning to see Laura and team for all my service needs in the future. More

The entire process was incredibly easy. My Jeep died in my garage. I called Naples Jeep and they directed me to call road side assistance. I was given a loaner which was right in the same place and once my Jeep was checked and serviced I received a text and a video of the issue. Laura called me to tell me it was ready and asked if I wanted it washed. I have never received such great service from a dealership in my life. I will definitely be returning for all my service needs in the future. More
