Purchased a new Grand Wagoneer L, the vehicle had a vibration at highway speed, returned vehicle back to dealer, after several days the service department told me the tires were bad and needed to be re vibration at highway speed, returned vehicle back to dealer, after several days the service department told me the tires were bad and needed to be returned to Pirelli, since it was a tire issue (brand new vehicle with less than 500 miles) it could take up to 6 weeks and they would not be able to offer a loaner. I drove up to the dealership and asked the service advisor for assistance, this was not acceptable. He got the sales manager involved who approved having the tires swapped out. I don’t understand why the dealership did not manage this situation appropriately without me having to push. If the vehicle had a bad alternator, the dealership would have a replacement installed immediately and not have to wait for the manufacturer of the alternator to be swapped out. More

I deal with Justin and Brian and I always prefer Christian to work on my 22 Hellcat Redeye and my 23 Ram 1500 Limited Ecodiesel.
