Service person was very nice but service itself was horrible. I brought the car in for an antifreeze leak. They told me there was no leak and after multiple requests to look again (as the car was sti horrible. I brought the car in for an antifreeze leak. They told me there was no leak and after multiple requests to look again (as the car was still there (to change a rear main seal -- see below), they said they already looked for an antifreeze leak and there isn't one. Sure enough, I broke down in Sarasota at 10:30 PM and had to wait for a place to open in the morning to replace the radiator. In addition, the previous visit to this dealer last season for an oil leak. They told me it was the motor mounts and changed them, but didn't fix the oil leak. At that visit when I dropped the car off I told them it was either oil pan up in the rear or rear main seal. I got new motor mounts and kept the oil leak that they found this season. More

Went in to get an oil change and rotation. Was given an estimated wait of 2.5 hrs. Finally after 1.5 it was done. They didn’t do the fluid inspection that they usually do.
