I was very pleased with the service I received from Naples Jeep. From when I arrived I was greeted very pleasantly where the car drop off is and asked if I knew where to go and the name of my service Naples Jeep. I did not recall and the "greeter " looked it up and walked me directly to Jhnonatan Rodriguez. Jhnonatan was on the phone with another service request and indicated he would be off in a minute or two which he was. He was very professional and friendly. We went over what service options I wanted questioned if the car had any problems - it did not and asked if I knew where the waiting area was which I did, He gave me an approximate time it would take - in reality it took a little less. At the conclusion he walked me to the car. More
