Complete rip off artists. First they want to to charge me tripple the amount for a part and then about $800 for labor which should take less than an hour. Took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic while rotating the tires found that 2 tires have problems . One tire had a nail which was patched, the other tire had damage to the sid The mechanic while rotating the tires found that 2 tires have problems . One tire had a nail which was patched, the other tire had damage to the side walls , which the tire had to be replaced but the consult never notice that I had tire insurance . If anything he should have been able to see that I had tire insurance. I actually left the location then I realized I had the insurance to cover for tire damage . I don’t understand why the insurance didn’t pop up on the screen. More
