I brought it back and they told me I hit something which I did not. I wouldn’t have brought it back to them if I did. The damages cost me 7k claim to my insurance I haven’t been back since . Couple weeks ago they call me and tell me I have a recall in my engine and I need to get it checked by getting an oil change which is understandable. I make the appointment. Also please note I have to drive for work so I let them know I needed a loaner and they said no problem. I brought it in. 1 they didn’t have a loaner so I remade the appointment for today. I bring it today. I wasn’t on the schedule but they miraculously found a loaner for me. That was good no problems there. I get my car back. I have my team at my job put it on a lift to make sure everything is secured and no clips missing. They found 3 clips missing and the rest half put in looked like a 5 year old worked on my car. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK. If I didn’t have so much money left on my car to pay I would trade it in for something else. More
This is regarding my purchase of a 2016 Q50. I just replaced all 4 wheels on the car as there was corrosion on all 4 rims. I initially thought that I had a puncture in the tire, however Discount Tire in Ft Myers noted that the reason one tire kept going flat was because of corrosion. One wheel was worse than the rest. I am completely disappointed that you won't stand by the 12k miles or 12 months guarantee that is on their RO. Just because Mike said there was nothing noticeable at the time of the original inspection from when the car was traded in. So, the problem is clear now and I am within the 12k and 12-month warranty, so I don't understand why you won't stand behind your work. Corrosion doesn't just happen in 6 months. This builds overtime. Service should have covered it because they didn't do a thorough enough inspection back in October. I will be calling in to speak with one of the owners. I have been in the car business for over 5 years, and I know this just is not right. I paid full asking price, spent $3,600 on warranties and the vehicle only had 39k miles on it when it was purchased. The last 8 of the VIN are GM303919. I knew when I purchased the car that the tires would need to be replaced soon, yet didn't make an issue out of it. I have paid for all new tires and have now gone into debt further to replace the wheels. Over $800 for them. Because the rims were bad the car was out of alignment. I went through the original RO and did find it odd that no alignment had been made. I'm not a person who goes nuts and creates a scene in the dealership. Your company's lack of attention has really destroyed my initial satisfaction with your dealership. I have been recommending it to you and now I will tell folks that you don't stand behind your work. I have had an Infinity for over 15 years and I’ve had it serviced at this dealership the whole time. Although I’ve had many service advisors, the most recent one was Dylan Jones. I worked with him for sever serviced at this dealership the whole time. Although I’ve had many service advisors, the most recent one was Dylan Jones. I worked with him for several years and he is the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with. He is extremely professional and listens to my needs, which are pretty specific given I have disability issues. He has since been promoted to the sales department and I am working with him there to find a new car. In my opinion he is the best kind of sales person. Having worked as a service advisor I know he is extremely knowledgeable about The things that would be important to someone purchasing a car. Most sales people don’t really know The detailed mechanics of a car but in Dylan‘s case his technical knowledge is far superior to any other sales person I’ve ever worked with. He can answer any question about a car and not have to refer to someone in service about technical issues. He knows my specific needs and he personally test drives every car I am interested in to make sure it will meet those needs.He is an incredible listener and wants nothing more than to have a Satisfied customer. He is available anytime 24/7 if I have questions or concerns. One time when I was driving my current car I had some problems and had to pull off to the side of the road. It was a Sunday and I called him on his cell and he picked up immediately.I told him what the problem was and he was able to get me back home safely until the service department could check it out. I can’t imagine anyone else doing that for a customer. I can’t think of going anywhere else or working with anyone else than Dylan at Infinity! More
