I was told the bank required all these add-ons, but when they spoke with me, I learned I only needed gap insurance, which was fine. Then I'm bullied into buying a service and maintenance plan. I am a mechanic with my own business account. Don't tell them, and I have said this forever. Now my Christmas gift from these crooks is having to return the vehicle because they force you to get everything. After this, I will never trust these guys ever again, and nobody else should either.
