The only suggestion I’d make it when offering the AC refresh to inform customers that the entire can is not used. I walked into my car and found the can half full. I went back and was told the entire can is not used in the refresh and the remainder is for customers. This wasn’t told and it felt as the job wasn’t done even though I paid for the full service. Informing customers at checkout would avoid confusion on the job completed once they find the can still in the car after service is complete. More
Over the phone started off great i received my approval earloin the day . I got off work early drove 2.5-3 hour from Okeechobee to Naples arrived Marcos showed us the truck everything was good . We had to wait on the finance manager he was busy and that’s fine. Meanwhile, we found some things wrong with the truck they were having it looked at we get back to see the finance manager finish up with him about 8:45 pm we couldn’t find Marcos. We finally locate Marcos and ask him where the truck is. He says it’s in the shop still they found that it needed wheel bearings so the mechanics put new wheel bearings on the truck. They looked at the sunroof did not fix it. You looked at the steps they fix them so Marcos told me they’re taking the truck for a test drive and it’ll be done in 10 minutes at this time. It’s probably 10 PM 10 minutes goes by no truck 30 minutes goes by no truck 45 minutes no truck about 11:50 PM he shows up with the truck and says they tried to do an alignment but it wouldn’t work. The sunroof isn’t fixed. It’s midnight my daughter has school tomorrow. I have work at 4 AM and I have a 2 1/2 3 Hour Dr. ahead of me then he wants to fill up my truck and follow him to the gas station and I denied the gas because that would’ve been another 30-40 minutes added to my time we didn’t eat dinner we went straight to the dealership. So needless to say, I was not happy. There was another salesman there helping us find Marcos asking him where the truck is these people need to get home he was more involved in our sales then Marco was. Finance manager was great. The other salesman was great. My experience and Mazda was not too great , Marcos not great . 2017 ford f150 platinum the alignment is not right. The sunroof is stuck open. We need to get it fixed and to come over there is a 2 1/2 3 Hour Dr. now looking forward to it. More
