Worst experience ever. I've purchased 6 vehicles personally and one for my son. By far, this was the most "used car experience" I've ever had. They tried to gauge us for over $1,000 more than the taxes should be, and I when I pointed it out, they told me I didn't know what I was talking about. I can do math, and the dealership we ultimately purchased from had no problem computing the correct amount. The also said, "no extra fees if you come today." Because we couldn't get there before the dealership closed that day, they tacked on another $7,000. My advice: RUN to a different dealership. I requested to speak with a manager, but the sales associate had another associate call me back. He told me the managers were too busy. Never again, Naples Mazda. More
