These comments concern your General Manager, not sales or service. At time of purchase, I was told repeatedly that the navigation SD card was the latest available. It was actually 2 revisions old. I was also told that the General Manager was the only person authorized to provide a replacement without charge. After months of trying to contact him via telephone, email, text, and in-person, I had given up. I takel the car there for oil consumption it was under warranty they needed to fix it and they did they said..They gave it to me. Outstanding service for a problem that a prior service facility could not properly resolve. The Naples Mazda service team was outstanding in every respect doing comprehensive road tests both for diagnosti facility could not properly resolve.
