Brady at the service desk was great! ! He even made sure I got my car washed. My husband had purchased our Mazda a few months before he passed & bought an extended warranty & I had not r ! So when I came in for service I was expecting to pay for a full service not even realizing that I actually had two services coming to me free. Brady could very well have not told me that & I would have paid the full price not knowing better. Brady was honest & honesty goes along way anymore because so many are looking for a fast buck at anyone’s cost. When I got home I found the paperwork & Brady was correct & even told me if I moved anywhere Mazda dealership would honor the extended warranty . Thank you Brady for your honesty & the car washed!! More
