Nice area to wait inside. Communication was poor. When I dropped off my vehicle I was told they would try to have the service completed in 1 hour and 15 minutes. After 1 ho Communication was poor. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I asked an employee in the service department when my vehicle would be ready. I was told 20 minutes. 45 minutes later my vehicle was ready. I received no other communication about how long the service would take. I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I would not have waited at the dealership had I known how long it would take. More
