Check-in person very good. 2 hours for an oil change/tire rotation is a long time. Received a video at the end, not during the process like usual. Video stated advisor would be with me shortly and car was going to the wash. No advisor came out. Finally walked into the center on my own. Woman was on her phone and drinking coffee. Didn’t have the correct amount for the check-out. Amount had to be corrected by the check -in person. Fees are ridiculous. Credit card fee is charged along with a fee for balancing tires. Should be the cost of doing business! Have always had a good experience here. It must have been an off day. More
