this dealership gave me the worst car purchase loan I have ever had: over $30,000 for a 3 year old car that I had been leasing; that they valued at under $17,000 with an interest rate over 8% when month have ever had: over $30,000 for a 3 year old car that I had been leasing; that they valued at under $17,000 with an interest rate over 8% when months later interest rates on car loans in Florida were approaching 7%. My FICO score has been well over 800 for a very long time. My cousins purchased a new higher priced Mazda at your dealership and we’re both paying over $500 per month. My biggest regret is that I didn’t just run out my lease for which I was paying just over $300 per month. Stupid me for not realizing what a big mistake I was making. On the service: I told them that my front passenger side tire kept leaking. The service order was written up for rear passenger side tire. After waiting for hours I wandered over to see my car with rear passenger side tire removed. That’s when I pointed out the error. Strange when as soon as you start the car the screen clearly indicates which tire is the problem. I could go on but I would really like an appointment with someone who is in charge of your dealership. More

Last time I paid 50$ , oil change, even wash my car, 1 hour. Sticker about next time change . This time over 80$ no sticker no wash more than 1 hour. Andrea was very efficient, answered my questions, explained the technician's recommendations for future service and provided a printed list of items with costs. I had difficulty getting the tech's video on my phone. I had a 10am appointment for basic service, arrived at 955, didn't appear busy. My vehicle went right in but it took 80 minutes for it to come out of the service bay. Usually takes under an hour. Not a big deal. Will be back in February. Happy holidays!!! More

Absolutely the worst dealership experience I have ever had. Dropped car off on Tuesday, Oct 24th for a repair that was supposed to be done that day. The worst part was the total lack of communication and the service department that never answers the phone! Had to go in person twice just to see what the status of the car was. No one called to let us know there were delays and no one ever answered the phone. Even sent a message to the GM to try and get assistance and never received a call back. What a joke. The most unprofessional and unorganized service department that charges huge premiums on parts. Cant imagine we will ever be returning. More
