Andrea was helpful with my vehicle servicing. My main issue was that she didn't respond to either a text or a voice message the second day after my car was in for servicing. Although I took the car in for what I thought was a brake problem turned into a lot of other issues. Normally the dealership would see a video taken by the mechanic showing what work should be done but I didn't get it because my phone refused to download a file from an unknown source. I saw the list of items recommended for immediate attention and had to decide quickly to have the work done. I agreed. Ultimately the repairs spread out over 3 days. The dealership did adjust the payment in consideration of the extra time involved. But suddenly when it came time to pay, I was informed that a 2.5% surcharge was being added to the bill because I was using a credit card. What's up with that? The bill was close to $2,000. I'm supposed to have a check handy to pay this charge? Were it not for the surcharge, I would have rated the dealership higher. More

Absolutely crazy to force someone to pay $600. 00 to get a replacement key made. Also charging almost 2 hour’s labor for what the book calls for a 10 minute job.
