There is always so much confusion when I go into Naples Mazda. I got their prepaid service plan and I always have to explain that, every time I go to the front desk. It says that you can have a loaner car, but I have never been able to get one, after making the request at every visit. More
The woman who scheduled my appt over phone wasn't fluid in English & couldn't understand the Service that I wanted (the mileage inspection service which displays on dashboard panel when it's time to get se in English & couldn't understand the Service that I wanted (the mileage inspection service which displays on dashboard panel when it's time to get service) She only scheduled me for an oil change. When I arrived she was initially the person to check me in & we still had difficulty in communication. When Scott stepped in she said, "I speak 3 languages. I'm sorry my English isn't good enough for you." But she stated that rudely not apologetically. I though geez now I have to deal with her attitude. But Scott took over & he was extremely professional, pleasant and accommodating. He took exceptional care of me and ensured my vehicle was comprehensively serviced correctly. More

We weren't impressed with our initial salesman that we dealt with he LIED to us saying Naples Mazda had to make any repairs they deemed necessary before we could purchase our leased vehicle,,,When looking dealt with he LIED to us saying Naples Mazda had to make any repairs they deemed necessary before we could purchase our leased vehicle,,,When looking through the contract it clearly stated that either Naples Mazda or a Certified Mechanic of our choice could perform any supposedly needed repairs??? It was clear as day in writing in the contract when our salesman stated that ONLY Naples Mazda could perform the work which wasn't true ,, In the end no work was done after we objected to having NO choice but Naples Mazda to do the repairs and any repairs or issues were never brought up again ,,,The finance guys we dealt with were easier to deal with and get along with but the 1st guy I would never deal with again ,,, Also after our 2020 Cx30 with 45k miles was taken into you're garage for inspection about 5 days later the AC started blowing warm ? Probably a coincidence but as a customer of Naples Mazda it makes us question why after inspection that we weren't fond of anyway suddenly our AC is blowing warm air? We like our CX30 but the lease purchase was not a pleasant experience and was typical Car Dealership games in my opinion,,, The 1st salesman is pushing us to finance any needed repairs in our loan?? Not what we expected after leasing from Naples Mazda and then coming back to buyout our lease 3years later ,,,, More
