2016 CX-9 signature 173,000 highway miles the car has only been to the dealership for all service!!! I am a fanatic with this car and love it . I was driving from New York to Florida for my yearly vac only been to the dealership for all service!!! I am a fanatic with this car and love it . I was driving from New York to Florida for my yearly vacation. I was almost off route 4 when my car overheated. I had it at my local dealer just before I left to have it serviced and all checked out. It started to overheat and I called Naples Mazda to see if they were open and could possibly fix it . They flushed the radiator and said the PCM needed a reprogrammed. The car worked for one day then the check engine light came on and car went into limp mode. I took it in again and now they said the battery cable was cut and the power control module needs to be replaced.they were nice enough to give me a loaner. My car overheated again on my way home to New York. With 100 miles left on my vacation. So the $1900 that you charged me did not fix the issue. Also the cover to the PCM part was missing and I will be calling for you to mail it to me . Now to my local dealer to see what is up with my car. More

Another disappointing experience while servicing my Mazda. If you're not going to fix the car wash, then just remove the sign that was there several months ago. The number of cars surrounding the servi Mazda. If you're not going to fix the car wash, then just remove the sign that was there several months ago. The number of cars surrounding the service department was ridiculous. The UPS truck in front of me could barely make it through. My friend hit the curb trying to navigate her Tesla through the parking area. Having to deal with a non-human interface while setting up my appointment was awkward, with the robot not understanding what I was saying. Unimpressed. The follow-up email came from Roger Hess' email address, whom I've spoken to before. Yet, the email starts out with "This is Jake Davidson," and ends with "Travis Hines, Service Manager," Yikes. Not sure I want to continue doing business with this dealership, as I said to Roger last time. Oh...and two of the issues I brought my car in for were not noticeable to the mechanic. Oh well. Will be looking at getting out of my lease so I can get another vehicle from another dealership. More

. I just want to note that this was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any service department. My appointment was set for 9am on 7/27 and I arrived 15 min early. My “advisor” was Rachael and I have ever had dealing with any service department. My appointment was set for 9am on 7/27 and I arrived 15 min early. My “advisor” was Rachael and when she checked me in I asked her if we can change a tire sensor as my tire light came on the day before my appointment. I also asked her if they could check my fuel filter as I bought the car used and I have noticed some issues with my car. She said she will let the tech know and get me quotes. At 11:30 am I was still waiting, I went and asked her the status and she walked back and spoke to the tech. She then advised me that it’s “one the lift now”. At 12:20(ish) she came to me and said that the service is just finishing up and told me that I would need a “brake flush” as she had told everyone else before me. I asked her about the tire sensor and fuel filter quote and she said “oh no they forgot, I can’t have them put it back up and give you a quote”. I said bo thanks as I had already been at the dealership since 8:45 am with a 4 year old. Now it’s 12:30 pm and a service advisor (male) came to get me to check me out. I explained everything to him and he looked over the paperwork and he stated that nothing was written for the tech to do other than a standard oil change. He apologized for this and asked if I could come back. I can’t just come back another day as we live out in the estates and it’s a drive for me to come into town, I have to plain a day to get other errands done. I didn’t leave the dealership until 12:40pm. I have to express my complete dissatisfaction. I can not believe the customer service and the lack of communication between staff and customer. More
