I was put in a bad spot. I was literally about to drive across the country, got breakfast and was about to get on the highway when all my dash lights went off including the C I was literally about to drive across the country, got breakfast and was about to get on the highway when all my dash lights went off including the Check Engine light. Car started lurching. I called Naples Mazda, it was a Sat. They said maybe by 3 PM they could look at. Drove there arrived at 10:45 AM. They look and found it just needed a system update and reset. I was out by 11:30 AM and no charge. I am so very thankful to them. I was able to complete my 3 day drive with no issues and did not have to extend the trip and try and find other places to stay. More
