Pleasantly Surprised! As a general rule, NOBODY likes shopping for a new car. The process can be quite daunting, with lots of decision-making and haggling. Time and money-related decisions are stressful obstacles for many people, nevermind that the end result in this case is an expensive item that is considered symbol of safety and status. I arrived at Naples Nissan a few hours after being confronted with a dead battery in my leased Ford. I am 7 months away from my lease ending, so I really wasn't in an ideal position to make a new car-buying (or leasing) decision. I left Naples Nissan a few hours later, with a renewed faith in car salesmen, a headful of knowledge, and brand new Rogue! The dealership was energetic and full of educated, motivated people passionate about their industry.
