I recently had a fabulous experience purchasing my car at Naples Nissan! Mike Martino was my salesman, and Justin True, the General Manager, was also there to make sure everything went smoothly. Both were incredibly professional, accommodating, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and I truly felt taken care of. You can tell the management at Naples Nissan genuinely cares about their customers, and I will absolutely be sending friends and family their way! I also have to give a shoutout to the service department. I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Naples Nissan and have trusted their service team for years. They always do great work and make the process simple and convenient. Another great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Naples Nissan, Mike, Justin, and the entire team! More

Worst dealership experience ever from the top to the bottom. This dealer will not give me my Nissan USA dealership review so I’m making reviews every place possible. I have owned 8 previous Nissan vehic bottom. This dealer will not give me my Nissan USA dealership review so I’m making reviews every place possible. I have owned 8 previous Nissan vehicles over the years and all were a 5 star experience. Not Nissan Naples though. This dealer is the epitome of the one to stay away from. I would have never stepped foot on the property if I had read previous reviews. From the games at negotiation of the price, undelivered floor mats that cost me $171 to the incompetence of not paying off my trade in costing me $520. Also, bring your Atty when it’s paperwork time because that’s when the real games begin. The GM does not care and has terrible customer relations skills. BTW just so you know who is leaving this review, I am a retired firefighter/paramedic and Army veteran. Take your money elsewhere and there is a reason they are ranked number 60 out of 68 in Nissan dealerships in Florida. I contacted Nissan USA and filed my complaint while being told Nissan Naples would reach out to me. As I write this, no one has. This shows the level of integrity. I’m just getting started w my reviews and will let as many people as I can to stay away from Nissan Naples. More

Although I was PURCHASING a car I was "forced" to a lease without my consent. The deal was then obviously cancelled afterwards: very poor communication skills and/or "bait and switch" techniques... Went for oil change last month started noticing oil on my driveway and in my garage. We have 2 vehicles a 2020 Nissan Murano and 2023 Honda odyssey. At first I couldn’t figure out which vehicle was leaking o driveway and in my garage. We have 2 vehicles a 2020 Nissan Murano and 2023 Honda odyssey. At first I couldn’t figure out which vehicle was leaking oil because neither one ever has. Lo and behold the murano was leaking oil what appeared to be from the oil filter. The tech also left off a clip on the splash guard so it was hanging not good. I reached into the oil filter and found it was loose. I started the engine and sure enough that was the source of the leak. $100.00 oil change! I’ll never set foot in that place again. I gave them a bad review once I found the leak and sent pics of the splash guard hanging never heard back! Stay away, their boneheads! More
