I have always had my vehicles serviced at the dealer where I made the purchase, and still continue that practice at Marazzi Nissan. My latest experience at this dealership (an oil change and tire rotation) was just as good as all the others. Juan Lopez, one of the service advisors, let me know about a nail in one of my tires and advised me of the cost of repair instead of completing the repair and then presenting me with the bill as some other dealers may have done. I would recommend this dealer to anyone purchasing or servicing a vehicle because of the people that work here - this is my fifth vehicle purchased from them. More

I was given a rental car, which I did not expect. I was told 2 hours and it was 2 hours! It is nice to get more than expected. We had new tires, an alignment, oil change, and new wipers. Went for an oil change, dealt with service writer juan lopez. Very friendly man, very courteous and helpful. Also wrote a great deal, was very happy with the experience. Went in for an oil change. Was told it would be appx 45 minutes. Told Juan it was important to be out asap so I could spend time with my daughter who was leaving for college the next day. Nadine was my advisor. It was my first oil change on a new 2011 Altima. I had a promotional coupon that had expired, but she processed it as it was my first service.
