I originally left a 5-star review of this dealership when I purchased a 2015 Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid. As it turns out I was completely lied to by both sales and finance. I have never purchased a warranty/ I purchased a 2015 Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid. As it turns out I was completely lied to by both sales and finance. I have never purchased a warranty/insurance policy on a used vehicle. As it turns out I have also never been as gullible as I was when I was talked into purchasing the warranty during this purchase. I was completely lied to. I was told everything was covered including dents or specifically rim damage if I ever had any. I was told the rims alone were $2,000 ea, so it “would be crazy not to purchase” the warranty. I was first lied to by sales then told the same exact lies by the finance person. Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle one headlight started flashing then went out. It was filled with water, which I am told was a recall issue on some of these models. As it turns out the insurance company refused to cover it because it was “water damage.” No kidding it was water damage. It was a faulty manufacturing and a seal that allowed the water to get in. It wasn’t in a flood or damaged at all. Faulty manufacturing should be covered. I suspect the cost of replacing the light mechanism was more than they were willing to pay. Is there a way to argue the ruling? NO! They are judge and juror. After several calls to the dealer and no return calls I gave up on the situation. Cost $6,000. Less than a year after the purchase the radiator blew out and left me stranded on the side of the highway. This time they also refused to cover the repair because something must have flown up and damaged the radiator. I can understand this decision except for the fact that sales and finance both told me things like this would be covered. Remember “dents” and even "rim damage.” At this time, I wrote an email to the dealer and the sales manager immediately called me to discuss the situation. He told me that he understood my concerns, he would investigate the matter and call me back. That call never happened and I was left paying for the entire repair. Is there a way to argue ruling? NO! Again, they are judge and juror. Cost $4,000. Now a little over a year after the purchase, the air suspension compressor seized up and it is also getting an high voltage electrical changing control system fault. To fix the electrical fault a $8,000 control module needs to be replaced. I was told that the insurance company would pay this $8,000 “if replacing it fixes the problem.” In other words, if I am “lucky” that is the only part that is causing the issue. If that and an additional part is bad, then I need to pay for this part and they “might” pay for the other part(s). As for the suspension compressor, they are refusing to pay for that repair which I assume cost $6,000 because the total repair quote, I was given was $14,000. Their reasoning for not covering that is because there is some corrosion on the OUTSIDE of the compressor therefore, moisture must have caused the compressor to seize. Never mind the fact that the service center says they are not able to take the compressor apart to see inside and the insurance inspector obviously was not able to see inside either. As the service manager stated to me, most parts of vehicles get corrosion on them, but that doesn’t mean that causes parts to fail. AGAIN, is there a way to argue their ruling? NO! Yet again, they are judge and juror. My only recourse was to call Napleton Maserati and ask for assistance. Just as before I continue to call Napleton Maserati over and over and over, as suggested by the warranty company and Porsche dealer. Unfortunately, the callbacks have been few and far between. Even dealer managers are not barely available or do not return my calls. At this point they have nothing to provide as a solution. Potential cost of repairs $14,000 The lies sales and finance told me have cost me a potential $24,000. Nothing like throwing good money after bad. I have learned my lesson. The customer support and follow up have been nonexistent. More

I had the pleasure of working with Steven at the downers grove location. He was amazing went above and beyond for me, took me on an extensive test drive so I could get a feel for the car, showed me all the grove location. He was amazing went above and beyond for me, took me on an extensive test drive so I could get a feel for the car, showed me all the features and how to use them he knew the car inside and out. When it came time to do the paperwork Keith came over and ran numbers with us and was very helpful and friendly.
