I have been dealing with Napleton's since 2001. I have purchased 6 new cars and 1 used car with their assistance. Tim Hayes is one of most knowlegdeable, honest, yes a truley honest car salesman,and helpf purchased 6 new cars and 1 used car with their assistance. Howerer, the most impressive things about this crew is their extensive teamwork. When Tim is out Lisa follows up without skipping a beat. The service deptment follow up is just as impressive, If Cary, Mercedes service, steps away, Gary, Audi service, takes up any slack. I know if anyne reads this they will think this is too good to be true, and if I had never dealt with this group at Napleton's, I would think the same way. But Iwill say this, I am a business owner, and found out a long time ago, to be sucessful, you just need to treat your customers like you would like to treated as a customer. Bought two 2011 Q7s in a six month period. First one was totaled in an accident and second delivered a couple weeks ago. Had some repair issues on first one and they always took care of me with a loaner and I'm 125 miles from the dealership. On the second Q7, insurance company called around to other dealers for a quote and all other dealers simply told me they couldn't help me get one in color we wanted and were sold out and couldn't help me at all. Tim hustled and found one ordered by a dealer in east coast and got it. Delivered once again exactly as promised and on time. With Troy and Tim, there is no fluff...they know the process and product they are selling. Definitely recommend Napleton Audi. More

I work retail, so I have very little time to car shop by visiting dealerships. Lisa gathered what I was looking for, and eventually had Timothy Hayes, European Brand Manager, contact me as cars were being located that matched my needs. He found an exact match in my second color choice. Not bad! I even negotiated my trade-in value online with Tim. He asked me for the milage and general condition of my car, as well as the VIN. The first time I talked to anyone was when Lisa called me for my deposit to get the car shipped in from another location. How easy was that? When I went to the dealership to pick up my new car, everything went exactly as expected. I really should say that my expections were exceded. Lisa already had my car programed for my cell phone and radio. The display screen even had my name on it. How cool! Nice touch! She showed me how to use everything in the car. Buying a new car was never easier. I would recommend Napleton Auto Werks to anyone, and especially someone who can't spend hours in the showroom. Finally, do I like my new car? It is awesome! More

The sales persons and service department have always done what i have asked and the experience has always been what i expected in the end. When i need pricing I call Tim Hayes and he gets it to me within 24 what i have asked and the experience has always been what i expected in the end. When I need service i call Gary Heckman and he answers my questions and get the work done in a very timely fashion. The Team at Napleton Audi is great and i always look forward to working with them. Tim Hayes and Lisa are a fantastic team. Totally knowledgeable of the Audi product line. I was particularly impressed with the knowledge of the A7 since it had only been out a few months. I've purchased three cars from them in something a little over two years. Every experienmce has been outstanding.They are honest, humorous and very respectful. They definitely go the extra mile. The process of delivering the automoblies was very informative and valuable. I've also had several experiences with the service department. Gary Heckman is an outstanding service manager and is very honest along with customer friendly.Gary always goes the extra mile even when the situation is a bit testy. I recently just purchased a new Audi A7 from Napletons. After shopping around the Chicago area I came to Napletons. They located the exact car I wanted (black on black A7 Prestige ) and had the car in just 3 days! When I arrived to pick it up it was fully detailed, gas tank full, and wrapped in a big bow just like on TV! Justin and the crew at autowerks really blew me away and I LOVE my new Audi. I recommend them to anyone I know looking for a car! More
Gary Heckman, service consultant at Napleton Audi is outstanding. I have taken all my Audis to Napleton even though it's a 94 mile round trip to get service done. I've tried other dealerships for service and experienced similar problems that other reviewers had. Gary Heckman is a PRO and returnes my calls in a timely manner, is understanding to my long drive to his dealership and shows you the work preformed on your car when finished. Now buying a car from Napleton is another story. I bought my first one there and the next two were purchased from Schaumburg Audi. Napleton thinks they have a captive customer after one sale and the quotes on cars are laughably high. I am currently waitting for my new A-4 to be delivered by Joe Perez from Schaumburg Audi. So far, Joe has been nothing but helpful and professional on this deal. I will review him as soon as I close later this week. But for Service, Napleton in Rockford and Gary Heckman can not be beat. More
