If I could give zero stars I would First of all, the reviews on the front page that you see are mostly from the employees there. Very displeased with this experience, all they are after is your money. I brought my Mercedes to get some things fixed and they held on to the vehicle from June til October. That’s FOUR months!!! Joe Durant from service was the one ‘helping’ me with the vehicle and he was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Every time I would call to get an update, he was of no help, very rude, and he would just feed me any excuse in the book just to get rid of me. On top of this, in September one of the sales men had the audacity to call (the only phone call I received from the dealership) and try to get me to upgrade my car to a newer car, trying to make some money off of me, when they’ve held onto my vehicles for 3 months at that point. You can just imagine my frustration. Once I told Joe I only wanted to speak to his manager from now on, and that I would leave a bad review due to this experience, the car was fixed in less than 2 days. I’ve never written a bad review about any place, but this place truly deserves for people to know what kind of xxxx they are dealing with. DON’T GO HERE. More
After contacting several other dealerships, I decided to shop with Napleton... despite being an hour from my house. Roger, Jim, Natalie, and Tracy were all extremely helpful and professional. My Volvo XC90 I hate the car buying process and have always viewed it as a necessary evil. I no longer feel that way after my purchasing my Volvo at Napleton. I was warmly greeted by GM Tony, and offered refreshments which immediately put me at ease. I was introduced to Joey Dicesare who would be my salesman. Joey was very friendly and VERY knowledgeable about the product he was selling. Took the test drive and fell in love with the XC90, all the while Joey was showing and telling me all about the safety features which was ultimately the reason I decided to purchase the vehicle. After signing off on the deal, Joey gave me his card and told me I could contact him anytime. Sure enough, about 3 days after purchasing the vehicle I texted Joey regarding an issue with the vehicle. He responded promptly, telling me he would contact me shortly. Keeping his word, I received a call from Kyle, and was told to bring the vehicle in for service. This gave me a sense of how the behind the scene teamwork plays out at Napleton. This positive experience has lead me to recommend Napleton to 2 other people. Pam More

A MUCH BETTER PLACE I had a recall on the Air Bags on my Mercedes that I was working with GURLEY LEEP MERCEDES service dept. for about 6 to 8 months in Mishawaka IN. I c I had a recall on the Air Bags on my Mercedes that I was working with GURLEY LEEP MERCEDES service dept. for about 6 to 8 months in Mishawaka IN. I canceled one time because they wanted me to drop the car off and I had no way to get back home, never was offered a loaner. after that Every time I thought I was going to get my car repaired Gurley would call and cancel my appointment saying they could not get the air bags, they said they would call me when they come in. Well they never called so I called them and got the same story, Do not have them will call you when they come in. Got tired of the run around so I called NAPLETON MERCEDES and Got the AIR BAGS in the car in two weeks. Got treated VERY WELL there and even had them do more work on my car which was needed. WHAT A PLACE I found a much BETTER place to take my car now. They had a loaner car ready for me while my car was being serviced. VERY GOOD BUNCH OF PEOPLE at NAPLETONS . Very GOOD SERVICE DEPT. Tire Rotation They always take care of my issues. Especially when I go in there in a panic. My negative is no one ever told me my tires were not being rotated. No They always take care of my issues. Especially when I go in there in a panic. My negative is no one ever told me my tires were not being rotated. Not once until the last maintenance when I bought to their attention the irregular wear on my tires. This caused me to have to purchase 2 new tires and get an alignment. I would have paid for the rotation every time it was suppose to be done. Not once in over 3 years. More
