I felt my E55 AMG was in exc Junior and his team of service techs are an outstanding representative of your dealership and a powerhouse of knowledge! I felt my E55 AMG was in excellent hands when it came to diagnostics and recommended service; never pushy and always mindful of cost v need and performance! A truly TRUSTED advisor. He treated my car as if it was his own! Not only will I continue to bring my AMG and wife's benz to him for service but will highly recommend him to others! He is the RARE individual who not only CARES, but ENJOYS his work and it is reflected in the relationships he builds with Mercedes owners!! He made this visit easily the best service experience I've ever had with any car brand! Simply can't say enough good things about his interactions with me over the course of the week! More

My Dad was a Service Advisor for over 30 years, and Mr. Weissman reminded me a lot of my Dad. He did not try to cheat me or sell me work I did not need. Everything recommended on the car was all by the book what Mercedes recommended. I will bring my car back to this Service Advisor whenever I need anything done to my car(Benny). The encounter I had with the female Service Advisor however was not so good. She was rude and very unkind as if me bringing my car in bothered her. I was grateful that Mr. Weissman came in and took care of me. More

Service was quick I normally take my car to International Autos in Orland Park. They have changed but not for the better.
