Karen was very professional and personable, it’s so pleasant to be welcomed with a hello Mrs. so and so how are you and how is your day going... you don’t get that much anymore. Tony Turko has been one of the best sales manger I’ve ever encountered at any dealership. Jim wolf is great as well, he answered all of my questions about any car that I was interested in. Bad beginning with a happy ending I recently purchased a vehicle in Jan, there were a few concerns after taking it home, we had a bit of an issue with getting parts in a timely manner. I recently purchased a vehicle in Jan, there were a few concerns after taking it home, we had a bit of an issue with getting parts in a timely manner. Once the parts came in I have to say Napleton rectified the situation completely. I would just suggest if buying a used vehicle that u make sure you do a thorough inspection, Im not sure that they do prior to putting on the lot. I am grateful they redeemed themselves in the situation. More
