With this lease, he made it possible for me to come out of an upside down situation in 3 years instead of the 4 years remaining on my previous purchase. He was very knowledgeable and helpful as well as concerned about what I was looking for and wanted in a new car lease. He talked to me about the advantages and features of my new Nissan Rogue. He even connected my phone to the car's Bluetooth system and told me to call him if I had any questions about my new vehicle. Thanks for a great job, Rick! Keith is GREAT! I researched various SUV's before deciding (on a whim I might add) to stop at the Nissan dealership. From the moment we walked in the door, Keith was great! He answered every question I had with enthusiasm and would give it to me straight. He was NOT pushy what so ever which was the complete opposite experience I had at other dealerships. That really stood out to me! A pushy salesman is OBVIOUS and can lose a sale by using that tactic. There were minor errors when handling the finance part of the deal but then again it was already 10pm and we were all tired! Also, when you are signing anything you SHOULD be reading the document! Other reviewers made it sound like they were handing off their signature without even checking to ensure it was correct. There is always room for human error. Also, as a woman I have experienced salesmen treat me differently when I go into a dealership with a male. They will try and build the relationship with the man, even though I am paying for it!! I felt like I had 100% control and Keith did a great job and ensuring I was the one getting the information and deal. I cannot say enough, Keith just made this entire experience wonderful and enjoyable! I have had three cars and this was by far the best. I cannot stress enough that if you go to Napleton, ask for Keith! More

The financial guy fat guy did all the paper work and I signed since we agreed on the price for 56,450 and everything I trusted these guys. I got home late so the next day I look at the paper work and they charged me 57,135 more than the asking price watch out with the managers and finance guys they are nothing but con artist! I called them the next day the guy laughed and said it was only 681 dollars then he made up a lie and said it was a reconditioning fee Nothing but lies! Now they won't call me back or do anything about it to make it right! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE BEWARE!!!! I would give them zero stars if possible!!!! He had an accurate answer for every question I threw at him. The company overall was very helpful and willing to negotiate. My only negative comment would be the amount of time we had to wait on the finance department. They were down the road at Nissan finishing paperwork with another buyer. However while we waited the car was being detailed...again!!! That's a bonus in my book. The car was topped off with gas and financing was a breeze. No pressure to purchase extended warranties or any other coverage. We were on our way with a well maintained, certified pre-owned Mercedes, with low miles. Couldn't wish for a better vehicle. More
