Dont trust them and read carefully I bought a used car from the mercedes dealership. Was told by salesperson and finance guy that they would put in tire sensors and repair oil leak when I bought a used car from the mercedes dealership. Was told by salesperson and finance guy that they would put in tire sensors and repair oil leak when i broughtbit back for complementary indoection. Just got car in and they had not hadchance to go over the car. When i brought it back i was told the people who told me that were not authorized and i had to pay for thise items. The service guy was extremely rude and as well. Dont trust the liars there More

Great Buying Experience Napleton Auto Group was the 5th dealership I visited within 2 days. I guess 5 times is a charm instead of 3! I called ahead to see if they had the Napleton Auto Group was the 5th dealership I visited within 2 days. I guess 5 times is a charm instead of 3! I called ahead to see if they had the vehicle I wanted. They were able to find the vehicle but it was a tidbit beyond the price I was willing to pay. So we went back to the drawing board and Dan and Joey sat with me to understand what my "must-haves" vs "nice-to-haves" were! We found the car that that matched my "must-haves" with most of my "nice-to haves within my price range! I picked up the car 4 days later and I am extremely happy with my Mercedes GLC300 4MATIC! I love it and I'm so thankful that Dan and Joey didn't give up because I was ready to leave because I was so frustrated with the tedious process! Joey was extremely helpful in getting me up to speed on the vehicle and some of the unique features! I received several follow-up calls to ensure me that if I had any questions that he was a phone call away. I greatly appreciated it that! I will most definitely recommend this dealership, specifically Joey and Dan! More
