Everything that could of gone wrong did We started our car buying experience by making an appointment to see a specific car. We had down payment, trade in info, and financing ready to go. Napleton contacted me several times to verify the appointment including morning of. We drove 45 minutes to get to the dealership to find out the car we were supposed to look at was sent to another dealer. We were looking at a used vehicle with 3,000 miles on it. They the. Try to sell me a so called new vehicle with 4,500 miles on it for $6,000 more than the 3,000 mile vehicle. How is a car new when it has already had an oil change. I refused and set a time to see the car I wanted in the first place. Upon returning the car was in the detail shop, I looked at the car, drove it, and started the paperwork while they finished detailing it. While doing the paperwork with my wife and 3 week old son present they start moving cars around in the showroom filling it with exhaust fumes for my new born to breath in. My wife had to pack up my child and go wait outside, the whole time she is crying. They messed up the paperwork and had to redo several things but we did buy the car because it was a great deal. I go to leave in my new car and find garbage in it including a dental pick and toothbrush, windows are dirty and cleaner residue was on the inside. In summary, I love my new car but this is the worst dealership experience I have ever had! More

We then went to the Chicago auto show to determine if this would be the right car for us. In the process of our due diligence, we saw our car listed as an internet special and decided to return for a second look. On our next visit to dealership, we were greeted by Dan, and subsequently Brandon. Both of which were extremely honest, and easy to work with. There was zero pressure; really just a few people engaging in enthusiastic conversation about a great car. After approximately 20 minutes of discussion about incentives, we made a cash purchase on the car. Larry, Dan, and Brandon could not have made this experience any easier. My siblings have purchased their Mercedes at this location, and the entire family frequents the dealership for their service department. On behalf of our family, I feel implored to say thank you for a job well done. To everyone that helped us with the quick and painless purchase; we really appreciate the experience. Salesman with knowledge and follow through I stopped at Napleton in early December to see the 2016 Pathfinder and was told they were not in but they would call.
