He did everything to accommodate what she wanted while still respecting her budget and without making us feel like we were being "sold". He did what you would expect, showed us options, explained everything in detail (he knows the cars and the options) and then made sure we got was promised. Bottom line - if you want a Nissan, this dealership is the place to go and Keith is the one to work with. I don't know any of the other sales people, but I know Keith did a great job for us. More

Unethical and Lied to I bought a 2015 MB GLK in September of 15, it was being sold as an "Executive Car". It had 7,500 miles but was never titled, so it was sold as New. I bought a 2015 MB GLK in September of 15, it was being sold as an "Executive Car". It had 7,500 miles but was never titled, so it was sold as New. I was told it was driven by the "Owners Wife" that was a LIE It turned out to be a rental / loaner, I found rental agreements in the glove box. So 2 days after I took delivery, I had to take it in for Break service, the rotors were corroded and the breaks were pulsating. Much to my surprise I was informed the breaks were no longer under warranty. The vehicle had been put in service just over a year ago, and the warranty had run out. After heated discussion they agreed to repair the breaks and extend the warranty for 1 year. After 4 months, I decided I wanted a model with more options, so I was trading it in at another dealership, when they told me my vehicle had been in a rear end accident. and showed me police report number. I was beside myself in disbelief that I was never told. That just isn't right to sell an accident vehicle as New. I would not Trust this Dealership, Unethical and Dishonest More
