I expected to be in and out, and that I was. The only difference was I left Napleton with a vehicle. My overall experience is beyond words. Joey D. was my sales consultant and could not have been more professional and courteous. He asked what I was trying to accomplish, then helped me accomplish it. He walked several of the lots at the plaza with me trying to meet my needs. He attentively listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. He told me several times, "No worries. We'll get you done. If not today, I know what you're looking for and I'll keep looking." Joey D. applied NONE of the usual high pressure sales tactics that many others do. He was with me throughout the entire process as well as excellent follow up after the sale. Joey D. clearly understands the difference between a transaction and a relationship. It is because of Joey D. and the rest of the staff I interacted with that I will recommend Napleton without reservations, and I will continue sending friends and family to Joey D.
