We went here looking for a specific vehicle. We talked with Ryan English, told him exactly what I wanted, GMC 6 cylinder, nothing less. He was phenomenal & I tried thinking of another type but We talked with Ryan English, told him exactly what I wanted, GMC 6 cylinder, nothing less. He was phenomenal & I tried thinking of another type but wanted a GMC & it had to be a 6 cylinder. He went away for a few minutes & drove up with the GMC which was traded in the day b4. Once I looked at the mileage & year, I knew it was the one. Ryan was knowledgeable, caring & very helpful. Others were very nice & informative also. They don’t bug you when you’re looking, which is awesome but are ready to help you when ready. Worst dealership ever force positove reviews when u purchase! Only to discover they sell cars that require expensive maintenance within 3 months of purchasing! Even when you purchase their premium warr purchase! Only to discover they sell cars that require expensive maintenance within 3 months of purchasing! Even when you purchase their premium warranty plus they charge u 100$ to diagnosed their poor judgement!! Don't ever buy from GMC Crystal Lake ull be sorry!! I'll be reporting to Attorney General, FTC, General Management, local police to male report and disputing charge on card! Disgusting business practices GMC taking advantage of your customers! More
