Wow - Used Vehicle Purchased I went into this dealership because they were advertising a vehicle that I wanted and it was already discounted. After "making the deal" I was told t I went into this dealership because they were advertising a vehicle that I wanted and it was already discounted. After "making the deal" I was told that my wear and tear items would be 50% or more. So my tires would be at least 50%, they only had less than 3 months left with only 1/32 left on the tread! Yikes!!! They did not fill up the tank with gas, they didn't even fill up the windshield wiper fluid! I called back to ask about the tires and the brakes but they constantly gave me the runaround. I had to purchase my own tires and get the brakes verified. I would NOT purchase another vehicle here in the future. More

Dishonest I have purchased several vehicles from here. The sales team is excellent, I consider them my friends now. However I give the dealership 3 stars beca I have purchased several vehicles from here. The sales team is excellent, I consider them my friends now. However I give the dealership 3 stars because I would honestly give a negative rating regarding the remainder of the dealership. The sales team gets so frustrated with the issues they have in the service and car prep areas. Twice now I have paid for service that was never done. First time was a simple tire rotation, I paid the fee, went home and got a nail in a tire the next day, I went to change it and realized that the security lug nut key was in my garage, I forgot to put it in the car. I later questioned Naplteton's service department, they admitted the rotation was obviously not done since they did not have the key. Next time was yesterday, alignment, rotate, balance, and oil change. Got my vehicle back, paid the 200+ fee and it still pulled to the right, the oil indicator still showed old oil and the tires were never pulled off the vehicle. I know to look now for clues since I had a bad experience in the past. Be careful, someone in the service department is not being truthful with their work. I hope they correct this issue, the sales team doesn't deserve this. More

Oil change I visited Napleton on Friday 1/25 for an oil change. After almost waitng two hours. I spoke with the manger. He said he would let the gentleman know and gave me his contact. I called on Monday 1/28 and left a voicemail for him to contact me or my husband and he didn't. I called back later after I got off work and his reply was yes, I heard about what happened and got your voicemail. He stated he wasn't sure the tech done it. My reply was their was no scratches on my car before I broght it in for service. I am very disappointed because my husband purchased my car from Napleton in Clermont and for this kind of treatment is unacceptable. He didn't show no type of concern but I can bring it in for them to take a look at it. I guess from now on I will take a picture of my car tje next time in front of them before send it back for an oil change More

Sold a leaky lemon I purchased a 2017 Used Wrangler. After a few days it rained. When I went to my,Jeep I found water on the drivers side and passenger side floor mats. I purchased a 2017 Used Wrangler. After a few days it rained. When I went to my,Jeep I found water on the drivers side and passenger side floor mats. The drivers side roll bar cover, handle, door and seat were soaked. I also noticed the after market stereo has a security code on it, meaning as soon as there is a loss of power the system locks and I have to pull it out and send itbto JVC to unlock - per JVC customer care. I was told to bring the vehicle in today, Say 29th, so they could fix it. After driving across Orlando and into Clermont, I was notified that I had to give them a credit card because they needed to keep the Jeep until afterThursday. The credit card was "in case I run tolls or anything like that". After I voiced my objection I met with the sales manager who told me the guy who fixes leaks isn't in until Thursday and if I could bring the vehicle back they can get me a shuttle. I accept responsibility for this vehicle because it was my failure to blindly trust Napleton. After $32,000 and $620 a month payments, I can't even get a straight answer as to when I need to bring the jeep in to get things fixed that never should have been overlooked in the first place. 100% buyers regret.
