Wow! First time customer since opened under Napleton. Everyone was so willing to help; from the minute we drove up into the service area. Great Team Work! We want to personally thank Tom Russo for taking the time to inform us of our warranty and confirm the work needed done was covered. While the car was in the shop (a few days), Tom kept us informed via phone until the job was completed. It's an employee such as Tom, who DID exceed our expectations. You've got one heck of an employee and a great team to back him up. (knock on wood)- The car is running so much better, no clicking sounds from underneath the front end...very quite and smoother ride, the back windows are actually rolling up and down perfectly!!!!
