After dealing with Napleton on Osceola Pky this was a very refreshing and happy experience from the moment we met with Rick Angelotti. He was very friendly and took his time explaining everything he was going to do in advance and then after looking at our vehicle, he thoroughly explained everything and asked us if we had any other concerns, we always went to Napleton on Osceola Pky, but we will never again, we always left there upset. We have total trust in Napleton Clermont now, something we never had at Napleton Osceola. The price for service was great. Like I said, this was a very happy experience, I don't think I've ever had this experience before, thank you very much. More
