Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in all my years of owning cars! My 2021 Durango SRT went in for warranty work from August 28th to September 10th. It is important to consider the quality of customer service you can expect when it’s time for your car to be repaired. If you’re accustomed to having “Service Advisors” who follow through with promises they make, then you may want to choose another Chrysler/Dodge Dealership, even if it means driving out of your way to a neighboring city. I wish there was a negative rating to give. This dealership does not stand behind its work, they sold a "lemon" to a person in my family and they can't figure out how to fix it. They do not return calls in a timely fashion, if at all. They know they made a mistake and just ignoring, hoping it will go away. They appear to be trying to run out the warranty. DON'T BUY HERE, SCAM ARTISTS. I purchased a BRAND NEW 2021 Grand Cherokee at this dealership in October of 2021, at time of purchase, this brand new Cherokee was scratched on the I purchased a BRAND NEW 2021 Grand Cherokee at this dealership in October of 2021, at time of purchase, this brand new Cherokee was scratched on the gas cover. I was almost pressured into signing a form that stated there were no flaws with the vehicle. After much pushback, they finally documented the issue and said it can be fixed. During the buying process and running numbers, Oscar came back to the table with someone else's form (completely different vehicle, owner name, etc), when this was pointed out, he said it was okay and tried to proceed with that document for MY vehicle. My husband said something and after more pushback, miraculously my form appeared again with MY numbers. This was VERY shady. Because I was persistent in buying the vehicle, I continued with the sale. I was told a new gas cover would be ordered for my vehicle. I chased this for about a month with the service department, turns out it was NEVER ordered like I was promised it was 3x. After one week of owning my vehicle, the speakers sounded like pure static, I went in and they replaced the speaker in my dash. Several weeks later, the right side of vehicles speakers were working, the left ones weren't consistently working and again they still sounded like static. Fast forward, my cover for the gas cap comes in. I made an appointment to have it installed, I waited over 4 hours for my speaker issue and gas cover to be installed. After waiting all this time in the service center, Scott Davis comes out to inform me that they couldn't color match the new cap to my vehicle's color, it was a total waste of my time. They offered for me to have the scratched buffed and painted elsewhere and then I'd be reimbursed. Fast forward to now, I made an appointment since my push to start was not working properly on my vehicle. They blamed this on a wireless car play adapter that was plugged into my car, I never believed that. But okay, I play along with it. They unplug it, they can't find any other issue with my car, no codes, nothing wrong, they test it a couple of times there, send me on my way. I get home and ofcourse my push to start is still not working. I call back, they tell me to come back. I make that appointment for the issue to be resolved once more, with that appt I make an oil change appointment as well. My vehicle was at the service center for 7 hours! About hour 5 I call the dealership and text my advisor several times for an update, nothing. I couldn't get ANYONE to give me an update. I got Tracie on the phone, I was patient, I was kind, I shared my frustration with the lack of communication and not being looped in on my vehicle. I live an hour from this dealership, I need to know when to get my car. After 7 hours, I go to pick my car up. I was told during this appointment they did a software update on my vehicle and the oil change. I get home, to absolute NO surprise, my push to start button is still not starting my vehicle, I call back. They order me a new button, I make another appt, drop my car off, I waited two hours for service this time around which was amazing. My vehicle is done, the button/module is replaced, they test it, everything is working. I get in my car to leave, I notice the leather panel in my vehicle is damaged. I speak with Scott Davis the service manager, the damage to my vehicle is talked down because it wasn't major & he doubted warranty would cover it because it was so "minor", it is like they were trying to convince me that I could no longer see it after he rubbed it a couple of times. He said their vinyl guy could take a look at it, this would do nothing, it should be replaced, THEY damaged it I finally leave, get home and my push to start button is STILL not starting my vehicle. My third appt has recently passed (vehicle was there for 8 days and radio frequency module was replaced) get home, and the issue is still NOT resolved. I bought my 2021 Grand Cherokee in October 2021 and it doesn't even have 8k miles on it. NEVER in my life have I dealt with such poor customer service. More

I drop my truck on monday for a simple plug installations take a hole weeks the job they said supposed to be 1 days work call the dealer too many times and nobody answer my call just be transfer to a voice m take a hole weeks the job they said supposed to be 1 days work call the dealer too many times and nobody answer my call just be transfer to a voice message and never call me back ,later spoked with the manager who supposed to contact me asap but never did ,call again and now they want to charge me twice for the job they already get pay because they miss it up and dont know how to came clean with the job if you guys out there thinking bring you vehicle to a dealer ship I encourage you to find a better place to go because this dealer when you go for the first time they treat you like a king but after they get you car you just have to sit and wait until they want to give it call or give you cars ,,,when there because somebody recommend it to me for installation of 7way plug just come back to the dealer because the plug don't work and I wish never going there in the first time and this is not anonymous customer my name is pablo and I so mad at the dealer because my bad experiences that I have it and nobody should be treated like that More
Can in with a flat tire on my charger and Greg really took care of me. The tire wasn’t going to be in until the next day so he gave me a guest vehicle and my tire was put on and ready to go the next day. took care of me. I brought my 2020 RAM 1500 Sport (800 miles) had it for less than a week for a complaint of wind noise at 60 MPH. Today, Saturday 12/12/2020 I can to pick it up. I’m not sure if the issues is gone yet, I haven’t left the dealership... My brand new truck was given back To me filthy... finger prints all over it... dirt on passenger seat and door, windows a mess! I would think you would be given back a vehicle in clean condition, the tech should be required to wipe off fingerprints and any dirt. I am so upset with this place. Hello...
