My experience with the manager, Todd, was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. First and foremost, the service felt like a complete ripoff. I took my car in for a routine service, and Todd called me with a long list of supposed issues—4 to 5 things wrong with my car! I hardly drive it, so I was taken aback. Then, I received another call from him claiming my brakes were on backwards and that he could try to save my rotors. What he didn’t realize is that I had just had all that work done a week prior. Who puts brakes on backwards? I never would have left the mechanic's shop with faulty brakes. To make matters worse, I didn’t even ask him to check my brakes, yet he charged me an additional $117 just for looking at them after I clearly told him not to touch them. When I confronted him about the $1,500 bill, he insisted that I approved the work through a link. This was a complete lie—I never even saw or approved anything. At this point, I didn't trust him at all. When I tried to get him to explain the charges, he started acting really bizarre, claiming he got emotional because he’s so "passionate" about how he prices things. It felt like a bunch of nonsense. He went from saying I approved the work to claiming he spoke to me on the phone about it. When I asked him if this was covered by insurance, he said no. I called my insurance company, and they informed me that he never reached out to them. They said he probably avoided it because he knew they would ask for pictures and further details. Another lie from this guy. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and I feel completely ripped off. I'm also going to report this to the BBB. A message to Todd: everyone is not stupid, and your sales practices are a complete ripoff. I won’t stop until nobody goes there for service. --- More
