I spent more time waiting to drive the vehicle off the lot, than I did g Rogers Auto Group does not make the car buying experience a pleasurable one. I spent more time waiting to drive the vehicle off the lot, than I did getting it financed and completing the paperwork. I arrived at the dealership at 11:00 and did not leave until 5:00pm. At one point my salesperson asked if I wanted to go home and come back later to pick up the car. xxxx no! The point is to drive off the lot with the new car. I waited hours while the car was being prepped in the service department. Unacceptable! More
