You don't exactly mind doing it, rather do it than leave it, but it's not going to be something you put much effort into. I was there on an Uber lease program...so perhaps there's some frustration or irritation in the procedures or policies around that...but I would imagine that if the dealership doesn't make any money with the Uber lease deals, they'd simply opt out. Moving on....I felt like the whole thing took entirely too long. Even the time it took to decide on the inventory that was available took more than 20 minutes. The final event that took my heart out of this purchase, was that upon final delivery, I found the vehicle to still be in the same sticky, smelly, disgusting mess it was presented to me for the test drive. I think they ran it through a car wash for the exterior...but nothing was done for the interior. I was baffled at what would encourage a dealership to even show a vehicle in that condition, let alone send the customer home in it. It took me 45 minutes in 10 degree weather to get the vehicle presentable enough that I could began accepting riders. Overall....I think Michael didn't have any heart in this sale, and the entire dealership didn't take pride in their work. I don't know if "Rogers" is still around, but I think he should be embarrassed to sell a car in the disgusting condition I received mine in. More

He patiently listened to what we wanted and discussed the pros and cons of leasing. My favorite part of the entire experience was how respectful they were of our budget. Jimmy and Hyundai manager Kevin O worked hard that evening to offer a deal within our budget and we were able to happily accept that evening! Jimmy also introduced us to the service department and made sure our bluetooth was set up before we left with our new cars. Overall, it was such a great, easy experience and I fully recommend working with Jimmy at Rogers Auto Group! More
