We sat we talked , then I was whisked away to a test drive ,then to the finance officer Allan and I think we all had a few laughs and sharing of info that could help each other. Then , my car was delivered and I was on my way . As easy or simple as I said it here..Every interaction was on an upward climb to get it done , no let downs . I could go on and on, Just know It was an excellent experience and Paul and Allan are two of Roger Auto Group's best to get the vehicle delivered.. Tracy Holmes Was Amazing!! So I stopped in at a few other dealerships prior to going to Rogers Hyundai which were all nightmares. I saw how good Rogers Hyundai yelp reviews were and decided to give them a shot. I ended up working with Tracy Holmes who was absolutely awesome. At no point did she try and get me to go out of my price range (which they tried doing at the other dealerships) and was not pushy with any ad-ons. She simply recommended things. The whole experience was just 100x better than the other dealerships. At no point did I want to walk out (which I had done at two other dealerships because of how sleazy they were.) I really can't even explain how easy and smooth the process was. Every person I encountered there were genuinely nice. Oh and the car is absolutely awesome, it was exactly what I wanted. 10/10 More
