Review of my vehicle purchase. Imagine the joy of paying your final car payment and knowing that you no longer have the expense of a monthly car payment and now own your car. Now imagine receiving a phone call shortly thereafter saying that you have to turn that car in. That is what happened to me in my last dealing with Roger's Auto Group. Your cunning salesman, Walter Cade was fully aware that I wanted to purchase and not lease. He was also aware that I was under the understanding that I was purchasing the vehicle. However, in his haste to make a sell he communicated to me that I was purchasing but somehow still put the deal through as a lease. After receiving the call to turn the car in, I had no intention of ever doing business with you guys again. Then I spoke with a salesman by the name of William Reed and his manager. They was sympathetic to my issue, understood my anger and hurt of being misled, and showed me nothing but patience and kindness through this whole ordeal.
