I spent more time waiting to drive the vehicle off the lot, than I did getting it financed and completing the paperwork. I arrived at the dealership at 11:00 and did not leave until 5:00pm. At one point my salesperson asked if I wanted to go home and come back later to pick up the car. xxxx no! The point is to drive off the lot with the new car. I waited hours while the car was being prepped in the service department. Unacceptable! More

Shocked and Dissatisfied I signed off on a loan contract and then 2 weeks later I find out that the financing didn't go through and that I would have to pay an additional 2300 I signed off on a loan contract and then 2 weeks later I find out that the financing didn't go through and that I would have to pay an additional 2300.00 down to keep the new car or they would have to give me my old car back? I am furious and Rogers Auto Group is not handling this concern/situation appropriately. More

It was truly explained by my dealer that it generally takes awhile when you go through uber to get a vehicle. I love my car....and actually want to keep it but I don't want to be in ties with uber forever. It was fully explained that I can bring the leased car back later and purchase my own.....and I will. I have recommended your dealership to so many of my associates and one of them came and purchased a vehicle yesterday 8-22-2016. Thanks so much for my new car it was a blessing and definitely needed to move forward in my life as I use it for business.
