Took my vehicle in for battery issues. My vehicle sat for a day because a diagnosis could not be done until I purchased a new battery. I had to call, no one called me with this information. I picked my vehicle up, My low windshield washer fluid indicator was still on. The next day my vehicle would not start again. I jumped it and took it to a different shop. Service department manager was not familiar with the process of a government tax exempt vehicle not being charged taxes. I presented my tax exempt letter and my Fleet credit card with the partial VIN of the vehicle as well as the official government vehicle number. This did not work. My agency had to email you service manager a copy of the vehicle’s title. Our office will not have our government vehicles serviced at your location. More

Dealership is nice & people working there are nice. But too many stations to go to when picking up car. I was mad there was no car wash.
