Usually get my oil done here for around $80 (full synthetic oil change on a 2018 focus RS LE) this time I’m told it was $140 and when I asked why they told me essentially just because it was with no synthetic oil change on a 2018 focus RS LE) this time I’m told it was $140 and when I asked why they told me essentially just because it was with no explanation as to why. When I got my receipt I saw it was charged as parts and service and not an oil change as usual on my past receipts. Some other minor notes were every single mirror and seat position was changed, no sticker for new oil change, and radio was factory reset to default to get around the valet mode I turned on leading me to believe a quick joy ride was had in a car I spent $40k on so not too happy on that. Usually have good service here don’t know what changed. More

Follow up from my first review regarding issues that I had about service from Hawk Ford. After speaking with Jaime at Hawk Ford I was able to express the issues I had about the service I received during t had about service from Hawk Ford. After speaking with Jaime at Hawk Ford I was able to express the issues I had about the service I received during the time they worked on my Fusion. He took the time to hear me out and resolved the issues on the same call. I appreciate the way he handled the situation and followed up to let me know he took care of the cost on the portion of the issue I had about the service and let me know that my car was ready. Great way to take care of the customer. More
