Dealership had to re-order the part three times because of damage( not their fault). Never notified me that the part finally came in, I had to call and ask about it. Then was told it wasn’t there, called b of damage( not their fault). Never notified me that the part finally came in, I had to call and ask about it. Then was told it wasn’t there, called back later to say say that it was in fact there and had been waiting. Lost the tax exempt paperwork that they had to have before placing the order, so had to resubmit. Also would not follow the pricing that was quoted on the Ford.com website. Service writer even stated they had been told by others that they were charging more. All in all totally organized place. More
