I needed a scheduled oil change on my new Ford Edge. 1st one. I had a 10:00 appt. and arrived a few minutes earlier. I was greeted by Pete who immediately took my vehicle in for service. The car was ready i one. I had a 10:00 appt. and arrived a few minutes earlier. I was greeted by Pete who immediately took my vehicle in for service. The car was ready in about 20 minutes. I had a few questions about the car and Pete answered all very professionally and with certain knowledge. Thank you Pete, and thank you Hawk Ford. More

All of the staff exceeded my expectations in customer service. They made sure I was being taken care of during my wait. While the wait was a little longer than I expected I was able to make use of the service. They made sure I was being taken care of during my wait. While the wait was a little longer than I expected I was able to make use of the time by getting out to do my 3 mile walk. So I was able to accomplish two things at the same time. More
