I bought a ford in October ... I extended the warranty.... I paid extra for paint and interior protection.... I wanted the car to be the best car I ever bought.... fast forward to today...my car warranty.... I paid extra for paint and interior protection.... I call roadside assistance me, they ask me a lot of questions and then they leave me hanging, twice.... I call the local ford dealer and the person on the phone tells me that’s fords problem not there’s..... Really?! Can you figure out that every person in your company is a Ford representative? Thank god I have a AAA. Card.... in the morning I have to call so that they can bring my car to the Ford dealer in Cartersville, Ga. Your system doesn’t work very well....
