I’ve had excellent service in the past. I had recently had my alignment done through Hawk Ford and then someone rearended me. I wanted to bring to Hawk for body repairs since I’ve had such great service had my alignment done through Hawk Ford and then someone rearended me. I wanted to bring to Hawk for body repairs since I’ve had such great service in the past. insurance would not cover getting alignment again. They stated that it should be under warranty through Hawk. I went back and forth with both the insurance and Hawk and my alignment is off, I had just had it done. I’m disappointed that Hawk didn’t cover it since it was just recently done and the collision was minor defined by your standards. You’ve lost my business now. More
Horrible Customer Service When I entered the service area, I was not greeted or even acknowledged for the first five minutes. The guy at the counter pointed to the next counte When I entered the service area, I was not greeted or even acknowledged for the first five minutes. The guy at the counter pointed to the next counter when I said excuse me. The next guy very rudely stated next counter. The lady at that counter told me I needed to go to the other side of service. Once on the other side, there was an extended wait and no available seats. The receptionist checked me in with little eye contact. At this point, I considerd leaving. However, the last person to speak with me was very pleasant. He reviewed my vehicle report and asked if I had any questions. More

This was our second purchased at this location and the only reason we came back because the sale associate Nickolas Ristich gave us the best customer service patience,understanding, and respect. But with the finance department bad customer service they act like if you are asking for something free, you ask them a question and they respond with attitude . Unfortunately i don't know their names but it is 3 of them but 1 young guy was very friendly. And the management department Eddie Rodriguez was extremely rude with my first purchased. If it wasn't for Mr.Ristich the salesperson we would of have left instantly. More

Terrible experience. Had my car for a month and a half. Poor communication about what was happening with my car. My car wasn’t liable in my accident yet it’s going to cost me almost $400 because I had to k Poor communication about what was happening with my car. My car wasn’t liable in my accident yet it’s going to cost me almost $400 because I had to keep a rental car this amount of time which is over what insurances cover. Service took an hour to find my car when I finally came to pick up my car, must have forgotten I was there. I don’t know what’s going on at this place but I’ve paid a lot of money in two car accidents to them and they treated me like garbage. I won’t be coming back and I’ll make sure this experience gets heard by everyone. I was also thinking of buying a ford car not going to happen after this one. More
