Lack of Communication I had scheduled an appointment with the service department to fix a shuddering issue with my car. I dropped it off at the scheduled time Thursday eve I had scheduled an appointment with the service department to fix a shuddering issue with my car. I dropped it off at the scheduled time Thursday evening, and I was told by Eva Castanon that I would receive a call the next morning to update me on my car. I never received a call, so I called Friday after work to see how long they would hold my car. I finally got a hold of Todd Maca who was taking care of the issue with my car. He informed me of the price, and that the man who would fix the issue was not in until Monday morning. Todd told me that it would get fixed first thing in the morning and that he would call me that afternoon confirming my car was ready for pickup. Needless to say I again did not receive a call on Monday. I called after work to see if I could come get my car, but was redirected to multiple people until finally Eva from the service department answered. She told me she would check with Todd and call me right back. An hour later and I still didn’t receive a call. I decided to just go in and see what was going on. I found Eva and asked what the status of my car was and she again told me she would check with the manager... Fortunately my car was ready. Even during the checkout process there were communication issues. She was asking me if certain parts had been replaced because they were written down but not charged as if I was there monitoring the service process. Todd never checked in that day or any day since. It is very clear there is poor communication going on in the service department and with customers. While the issue with my car was taken car of, I will have to find another service department because of the huge headache it has been to track down information regarding my car. More
