The oil change was okay but I was puzzled when the technician said he couldn't get my lugs off my tires and I came home and had a 4 way and did not have a problem they wanted to charge me 125 dollars technician said he couldn't get my lugs off my tires and I came home and had a 4 way and did not have a problem they wanted to charge me 125 dollars for new lug nuts all I wanted is for my tires to be roated so wasn't very happy with the service. The service was wonderful. However, my underbody flap was never screwed in correctly. It was hanging and damaged and Ford was closed on Saturday for me to bring it back.
