Went into Hawk Ford to have A factory recall fixed. While I was there I started looking at aN Edge in the show room. I really wasn’t in the market for a new car, but the deal I got from the sales staff, prov I was there I started looking at aN Edge in the show room. Large selection of vehicles. My experience if Im.honest is mixed. I thought my sales person Mike Hopkins is a good guy. Just wasnt able to deliver interest rates as hoped so my car note is a bit high. Then is mixed. I thought my sales person Mike Hopkins is a good guy. The issue was pushed to January looking to comp the service as good will through the dealership for customer loyalty , was declined based on a Ford rating system. Service repair running $800-900 put of my pocket. Dealership suggestion is to spend even MOREmoney on an extended warranty. When I declined that suggestion. Now I must pay for the repair. 5-7 days later miraculously the radio issue was fixed. Makes me believe it was a satellite reset issue initially that this dealership wanted me to pay $800-$900 to repair. Just makes you wonder. Thank you Hawk Ford for the savings. However makes you wonder. More

One of the great features I Love was the capability to lock, unlock or start my Ford with my phone and it was not able to connect, they recalibrated my Ford Pass. The audio an DVD was fixed as well.
