Problem not solved I scheduled an appointment to have my 2017 Ford Escape worked on due to my air conditioner not blowing cold air. Hawk Ford kept my vehicle over night I scheduled an appointment to have my 2017 Ford Escape worked on due to my air conditioner not blowing cold air. Hawk Ford kept my vehicle over night and when I picked it up the next evening not only was the air conditioner problem not fixed but my windshield wipers that were working perfectly the day before were not working properly. I need to schedule another appointment so the a/c can be looked at again. I’m not happy. More

I always get the best service at Hawk Ford I had a annoying road noise problem that was difficult to pinpoint. The Hawk techs figured it out and fixed it on the first try and at a reasonable pr I had a annoying road noise problem that was difficult to pinpoint.
